1. About ChillFive

ChillFive is a free online puzzle service offering five daily puzzles that you can play at your own pace.

By accessing or using ChillFive, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

ChillFive is intended for general audiences and does not contain content that is specifically intended for adults.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

3. Using ChillFive

You may use ChillFive for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may play the daily puzzles without creating an account. Creating an account allows you to save your progress and access it across devices.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website
• Attempt to circumvent security or access controls
• Use automated systems to abuse, overload, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the service

4. User accounts

Some features require an account. When creating an account, you must provide a valid email address and choose a password.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through your account.

You should contact us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed by someone else.

You may delete your account at any time through the available account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your account and associated puzzle progress.

5. The daily puzzles

ChillFive provides five daily puzzles. Puzzles may remain available after their original publication date so that you can play missed days through the archive.

We may modify, replace, remove, or correct puzzles when necessary, including to fix errors or improve the service.

Puzzle results and completion status are provided for entertainment and personal tracking purposes only.

6. Free service

ChillFive is currently provided free of charge.

We may introduce additional features or services in the future. If a paid service is introduced, applicable pricing and terms will be clearly presented before any payment is required.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the ChillFive website, its design, branding, text, graphics, puzzle content, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to ChillFive and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the service and its content for your personal use, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit ChillFive content without prior permission.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep ChillFive available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, or circumstances outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service when necessary.
